Shipping conditions

Delivery area:
We deliver to Germany, countries in the European Union, the USA and Canada.

Shipping costs:

Shipping is always subject to a charge . Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are clearly displayed in the shopping cart:

  • Germany: Flat rate shipping from 6.49 €

  • EU countries: Shipping costs from 12.90 € , depending on the destination country and weight

  • USA & Canada: Shipping costs from 24.90 € , depending on the destination country and weight

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery will take place:

  • Germany: within 10-15 days

  • EU: within 10-15 days

  • USA/Canada: within 3-4 weeks

(in each case after conclusion of the contract or, in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment).
No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Customs and import duties:

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., USA, Canada), customs fees or import duties may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient.

Returns:

You are responsible for the costs of returns.
For each return, a processing fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns from abroad may incur additional return costs, which will not be covered.
