Shipping conditions:

The goods are delivered throughout Germany.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We ship your order free of charge within Germany for orders over 49€. For orders under this amount, a small shipping surcharge will be charged, which is calculated directly in the shopping cart.

Delivery times:

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-5 weeks (depending on capacity), and for deliveries abroad within 4-6 weeks after the contract has been concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Return:

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For returns of orders, a flat rate return cost of €10 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.
