The Workflow
- Print completed
- Door opens automatically
- Fan cools down the part
- Part is ejected
- Door closes automatically
- New print starts automatically
Automatic ejection
After the component has cooled down, it is automatically pushed out by the print head.
Dynamic cooling phase with automated fan control
After the print process is complete, the fan is activated as soon as the print bed presses the AutoClear button. The cooling phase begins and can last longer or shorter depending on the part temperature. Once the part has cooled sufficiently, the print bed presses the button twice, deactivating the fan.
Optional manual door opening
The door can be opened or closed manually at the push of a button if necessary.
For safety reasons, the door stops automatically when it comes into contact with a resistance.
Automation
The automation can be easily deactivated manually by removing the two clips and flipping the build plate so that it no longer touches the AutoClear button.
