Warranty claims:

With us you receive the statutory warranty rights. This means that all goods delivered by us must be free from material and manufacturing defects and have the contractually agreed quality.

Warranty:

If the goods you have purchased are defective, you have the right to subsequent performance, i.e. repair or replacement delivery, within the scope of the statutory warranty. If the subsequent performance fails, you can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the purchase contract. The statutory warranty period is one year from the time of delivery .

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear or external influences. Damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions is also excluded from the warranty.

Handling of warranty claims:

If a defect occurs, you can contact us via our contact portal at [ Contact ]. We ask you to report obvious defects within 14 days of receiving the goods in order to ensure a smooth transaction. If necessary, we will cover the costs of returning defective goods within the framework of the statutory provisions.
